Sweet Tater Festival — Cullman

The 30th Annual Sweet Tater Festival returns to Smith Lake Park with live entertainment, food and arts and crafts vendors. Sweet potatoes take center stage alongside a Labor Day Car Show, making it a laid-back way to kick off the holiday weekend with the whole family.

Sunrise Yoga on the Roof — Auburn

Walt’s invites guests to join them for Sunrise Yoga on the Roof every Saturday morning. Guests can begin their morning above downtown Auburn with an energizing rooftop yoga class led by The Yoga Room. This all-levels class invites participants to move, breathe and reconnect in an inspiring open-air setting. Following class, everyone is invited to enjoy a refreshing wellness juice shot, chilled water and cool towels. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mat.

MBGFC Labor Day Invitational — Orange Beach

Anglers descend on Orange Beach Marina for the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club’s Labor Day Invitational, a multi-day offshore fishing tournament that’s become a coastal tradition. Even non-anglers can enjoy the marina atmosphere and watch the boats come in with their catches.

9th Annual OWA Labor Day First Baptist Foley Car Show — Foley

Classic car enthusiasts should head to Downtown OWA for this annual Labor Day Car Show, featuring rows of gleaming vintage and custom vehicles in a family-friendly, community-driven setting.

Bonsai Day — Huntsville

Discover the timeless art of bonsai at Huntsville Botanical Garden from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., presented in partnership with the Living Arts Bonsai Society.
