Lane Parke stands as a vibrant, walkable mixed-use development in the heart of Mountain Brook, Alabama. Adjacent to the charming Mountain Brook Village and near the Grand Bohemian Hotel, this upscale enclave blends high-end boutiques, diverse restaurants, services, and community amenities.

Spanning retail and dining spaces with residential apartments, Lane Parke offers a perfect blend of shopping, dining, and leisure in a pedestrian and family friendly setting.

Mary Beyer Lell, head of leasing at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, captures the appeal perfectly. “Lane Parke is one of the best gathering places in the community,” she says. “It offers so many different things for all different age groups, from great restaurants to great shopping.”

The development is approaching its 10-year anniversary, with several original tenants recently renewing their leases.

Experiences and Community

Lane Parke shines as a community hub with regular events. Lell explains the popular Moonlight Movies: “In the summertime, we set up a big movie screen, and a lot of our tenants will participate, and there’ll be popcorn for the kids, and they can sit out with their families and watch the movie on our green. It’s a great family event.”

The property also hosts Puppy Palooza for dog lovers, holiday celebrations including both a menorah lighting and tree lighting, micro events, workshops, and retailer-hosted activities.

“We host all different events at the property… I think people really appreciate and enjoy those events,” Lell adds. “There’s always something fun going on at the property.”
