Fresa Como Tu Hermana

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Puerto Rican White Rum
  • .25 oz Salers
  • .5 oz Grapefruit-Strawberry Syrup
  • .25 oz Luxardo
  • .75 oz Lemon

Syrup Ingredients & Instructions

  • 500 g Grapefruit Juice
  • 500 g Fresh Strawberries
  • 20 g Lemon Zest
  • 800 g White Sugar
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender. Strain through a fine strainer.

Instructions
Build in a shaker tin, starting with the smallest amount of ingredient and progressing to the largest. Add in this order — Luxardo, Salers, grapefruit–strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and finally white rum. Shake and strain into a chilled glass of your choice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum (Don Q Silver Rum)
  • .5 oz dark rum (BACARDÍ Black Rum)
  • .5 oz spiced rum (Sailor Jerry Rum)
  • .75 oz Coco Lopez
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • .5 oz pineapple juice
  • 75 oz lime juice
  • Add 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions
Blend everything, garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple, and add a pineapple frond for flair.
